Sally Whiteside, our dear friend and co-worker, passed away on December 30, 2012. Sally had served as Dispute Resolution Administrator since 2004, where she worked to help consumers and businesses resolve disputes. We will miss her very much!
Norma Boothe McNiel, passed away on February 14, 2013. Norma worked for the BBB for 26 years before retiring in 2006. She managed the BBB Autoline arbitration program and helped consumers and businesses resolve disputes. She will be dearly missed.
